1978 Davenport Iowa Delta Sigma Chi Brother Vince Erario brought an idea to the table about buying a fabulous 16 room Victorian Mansion to become the home of the International Delta Sigma Chi Chiropractic Fraternity. A fundraising campaign developed, and the deal was made. Forty some odd years of priceless memories (and a few roof campaigns) later, the managing members of the Delt 100 (formed in the year 2000) met again to formulate a plan to complete the many restorative projects needed to secure the structure and preserve our legacy.

The plan is simple, resurrecting the idea of the original Delt 100 we need 100 Brothers to step up to for a commitment of $1000 a year for 5 years which will then allow the Delt 100 LLC to secure enough financing to complete not only the outside projects but restore the rooms and apartments to millennial (and Alumni) standards as well!!

After just a little over a week we have closed in on 50 commitments the minimal number to move the project forward. We are asking that not only you step up but drag a pledge brother, Big Brother, or little Brother with you as we complete this campaign.
